PROJECT SCOPE

Located on a rural site, with views of the Salish Sea and its picturesque surroundings, this Island Holiday Home has it all. The T-shaped house is sited with the artist studio & shop to create a central outdoor space anchored around the firepit. The studio building is designed to be easily converted into a guesthouse in the future. Flanked by two exterior porches that allow flexible living for the family and their guests, the central great room celebrates indoor-outdoor living to the fullest.
