We start with a conversation about project goals, challenges, and budget. This helps confirm feasibility and gives a clear understanding of the next steps.

2 SITE VISIT & VISION SESSION

We visit your home to learn what’s working and what isn’t. We take photos, measurements, and facilitate as-built drawings. These plans are the foundation for all design work.

PERMIT & CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS

We prepare detailed drawings required for permitting and accurate contractor bids. We collaborate with consultants that may be required (i.e. structural engineer, landscape designer, energy code consultant, etc.) to ensure a comprehensive design package.

CONSTRUCTION SUPPORT

Throughout construction, we remain active partners in the project to resolve questions and conduct site visits to ensure the project is built as designed.
